The General HIBIN Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery, as most recently filed with the District Court in Amsterdam by the Association of Traders in Building Materials in the Netherlands (HIBIN) before the day of the offer, apply.
HIBIN terms of delivery
The General Consumer Conditions for the sale and delivery of construction and finishing materials and the execution of work apply to transactions with consumers. The applicability of other general terms and conditions is expressly rejected.
